I've heard the Sherriff is pretty good about signing. I'm pretty sure there are members here with Class 3 stuff that live in Fairfax Co. I'm sure someone will chime in soon.

Takes around 3 weeks. Sometimes longer and sometimes quicker. Just don't be in a hurry and everything will go smooth.

Couple weeks, and LT Tracy was on vacation when I left my paperwork at his office. He completed it and mailed it back to me with the necessary signatures. Great guy.

My fastest of 5 sets of paperwork came back in a week, exactly. The slowest, and also the first, was 4 weeks.

I'm not sure many people would know that you are talking about Doug Stockton... aka Title II / Class III Dealer.  Va-Gunnut, how about adding a list of all Title II dealers to the Important topics? Something like the NFA by country but have NFA dealers. Since more and more are having form 4's. Here are a few choices... 1.
