Why does it look like there is a pad lock under the hood behind the grille? People don't steal parts from those things. Usually those who own them have plenty of non-running rigs in the back yard to yank parts from.

 Here's a shot of a couple of my parts IHs that are still sitting in Ky. The one in the middle is actually a prototype Scout 800. Would be worth a good chunk of money if the previous owners hadn't let the body almost rot off of the frame.

Selling it isn't the problem. I've gotten plenty of offers, $50 just isn't enough for it to leave my yard Funny part is that it runs fine(or it did when I was still down there). Of course it is literally a fred flintstone car. You can put your feet through the front floor boards and push it
