tumbleweed and myself had a great time Saturday. We hauled 50 birds down for Pattymcn and then spent the day eating BBQ and teasing Patty's kids, Whitney and William.
There was some great country music and 1GR was a terrific host, for a grumpy ol' fart, at least. Odt was good company and was actually working. TBD was highly entertaining as well, putting on a growlfest everytime Treva petted him. It was a really fun bunch of people. The garlic poppers are addictive. The garlic roast beef sammich is worth the trip, by itself. They had a latte' stand, so I was in my element all day. If you want to eat well, just follow tumbleweed around and buy what he buys. Live country music, great food, good company....it was a great day for an old man to go mix with some new friends. |
