Anyone ever stay here?
The Hotel Mallory

Expedia.com actually got me rates at 108 bucks a night for their Delux King room.

I plan on carrying ....at least 'till I reach the border. Is Oregon ok with Pistol and mag in a case with the mag NOT inserted? Or will I need to have the Mag and Pistol in different locations in the truck. Also, will the case(s) need to be outside arms reach...etc etc.

Lets stick with the legal solutions to bringing a pistol with me. (I already know the other way of bringing one with me).

The othert question is, if I stop by 1GR's place on the way down. Will he feed me beer?
.......now to find out where he lives

For $75 I'd put you up in the RV and cook ya hotdogs.

Is that per night or for the full weekend?

The railroad used to put us up at the Thriftlodge down on east Burnside. Gangbangers, hookers, and right across the street from the sleaziest strip joint you'll find in the northwest. I'll bet they're quite a bit less than $108 a night.

There's no meat in a regular hotdog so they're ok for vegitarians.

so we made it here safe, and we ate teriyaki (both of us drinking a large sake) and drank at a place called the celler and we bought stuff at whole foods (beer and ice cream) but PCR (yes this is hippnik posting) couldn't find a strip club so we came back to the hotel room

We figured we would let you know how we were doing

Have a good night all.
