Lazy sh*ts have too much time on their hands. God I am glad I am leaving.

What do you expect? It's CA. Ooh I have a plan. Let's start a grassroots notification to all gunowners to get the hell out of CA before a certain date then. We'll get a group of shooters together and a few tons of Tannerite. We can set charges all along the fault lines and then using our cell phone and laptops coordinate so that we blow all the charges at the same time. Maybe we can cause enough of a geolical disturbance that it will shear Califuckedupnia off the continent. Then what ever protions of CA remain above Sea Level can be sold to Canada to make into tourist traps. Whattaya think? (Ok, before the flames start, I was just kidding.) Unless something miraculous happens (like a massive invasion) CA is just FUBAR in regard to firearm ownership. |

North Korea supposedly has a missile capable of hitting California lets attack NK and find out.

Every time I need to cross over from AZ to visit sister in LA, I stop and jump up and down a few times to help it along. Maybe if I do it enough..... |

Now you're thinking Our house and senate are full time with nothing else to do, whereas they should be part time. |

Right - and face the Chinese invasion with a bunch of cowards? I suppose we could do without 80% of the US Navy Pacific fleet in San Diego, the Army's largest training center at Ft. Irwin, and the second largest Marine Corp base on the planet at Pendleton. California either out right manufactures or contributes major assemblies into every weapon system of note in the US arsenal. I guess we could buy the weapons from France under your grand plan. I guess we could start writing letters and reading books again as without Cisco Systems and the rest of Silicon Valley we'd have no Internet to fling foolish bull shit back and forth at each other. One of the biggest exports in the nation is that entertainment crap coming out of Hollywood and Los Angeles off-setting billions of dollars worth of crap bought from overseas that we don't have the ability to produce so cheap. California also is one of the nation's leaders in advance medical, space, and agriculture research. California is the high-tech center, bread basket, and military heart of this Republic. I'm not running from any fights. I'm made of stronger stuff than that. I suppose the out numbered Army soldiers fighting the Nazis during the Battle of the Bulge could have taken your advice and turned tail and ran. The tired Marines fighting in the island hopping campaign in the Pacific during World War II could have run. The US Navy pilots during the Battle of Midway had given up and turned tail and run. The starving and poorly equipped colonist during the Revolutionary War could have run too. In the military I was taught never to run from the fight - you sail to the sound of the canons. You never turn your back to the fire - you face it head on. If the Army, Marines, Navy, and patriots had taken your advice there would be no America as we know it for you to fling shit at. Running from a fight is a cowards actions. You're probably not aware of the facts but California was with in a 4.5% voter swing of going to Bush. Arizona was within that same margin of going to Kerry. My county voted an overwhelming conservative ticket. It's but arbitrary lines drawn on a map that make California a bit more liberal. Five times the number of Californian's casted votes for Bush in 2005 than Arizonans. There are about 35 million Americans that call California home, figure about 16 million of them are conservatives, that's a whole lot of Americans for you to hate so dearly. Enjoy hating Americans based on those arbitrary lines on a map. How do you feel about skin color and religions? It probably makes you feel superior just like burning those helpless ants did when you were a child. Some old dead white guy said "We must all hang together, or we will surely all hang separately" Dudes name was Benjamin Franklin and he's taught me many lessons, one of which is that lines on a map don't mean jack shit in the real scheme of life. Stay out of our way while we fight the battle for you will ya'? |

Like eat them alive? Ant burners - punks who draw feelings of superiority at the expense of others. When they were kids they fed their feelings of weakness and inferiority by burning ants with magnifying glasses. In a battle there are four types of people: 1) Ones that turn and run (like the advice given by our visitor). 2) ]b]Ones that stand and fight. I wasn't born here, this isn't my native area, I'm staying to fight. 3) Ones that make noise supporting those doing the fighting. As many have done here supporting each others fighting the opposition. I am forbidden by federal law from taking a political job but that doesn't prevent me from support the $hit out those with similar goals in their run for office. Ken Calvert and Russ Bough are great men who support the fight against the liberals 110%. "A" rated from the NRA. 4) Ones that actually helps the other side. I would say that someone who tells a soldier to lay down his weapon and give up the fight is nearly as someone wearing the other uniform shooting at that guy. I put the ant burners in the fourth area - not giving aid and comfort to the enemy but certainly not supporting those fighting the battles on their behave. The sad thing is that the weakness which owns them often times prevents them from the more thoughtful response of support. "fuck them soldiers there in Iraq, why don't you just leave that country to the dogs and come back here where it's safe. Give up the fight" - That's the call of the ant burners - "screw them people that live in California, why don't they just leave that state to the liberals and come back here where it's safe. Give up the fight". |

www.crpa.org/index.asp The group I support. Don't be discouraged. The CRPA has a listing of the hundreds of stupid bills defeated. A very few get put through every couple of years. As an example the .50 BMG ban. I own a couple of dozen rifles already and didn't see a need in my first 20 years or so of buying rifles to buy a .50 BMG. None of the patriots of 1776 were armed with a .50 BMG so it doesn't take one to make one. The weapon that is the most effective is the trained and skilled citizen. I can use any weapon from black powder (yes, I've practiced with them) to home made AR-15's to defend myself. This guy ought to do some work when I need it. or one of these: Yeah, sure got no firearms here do we? When you get tired of the fight you are allowed to retreat to another state. Just do you best while here on the front lines, you'll sleep better at night knowing that you fought the good fight. Time to ride. |

that's great. How many of those votes counted? Not one. All of cali's delegates went to the commie traitor. TXL |

You can run, but you can't hide. |

So your point would be to not even bother trying - to not even join the battle? I guess there is a fifth type of person in a battle: 5) One who doesn't even bother to show up to fight. I'll have to write lt. Col, Dave Grossman with that one. (It was from his book On Killing that I first heard of the studies of those involved in conficts. Yeah that's it, don't even fucking try. A bunch of guys sure as hell lost at the Alamo didn't they? Yet somehow, for some reason, they are held as sort of national heros to the Texans. I can fathom why ... can you? |

I think I would have Paul's babies if it were physically possible. We need more blood like that in the gene pool </ass kissing>
In all seriouness though, California isn't THAT bad. It could be FAR worse. Could you imagine if Semi-autos period were banned? Don't get me wrong, things are screwy and need to change, but it's not worth relocating so I can go out on the weekend and change magazines every 30 shots instead of every 10. |
Not possible! But I might let you date my daughter. Hey my memory is slipping ... which state has contributed more of it's sons and daughters in the efforts in Iraq and Afghanistan? I also can't remember which of the fifty states contributes the least, per capita, to the federal government? |
no shit, become a mormom paul, start knocking some more fighters out txl |

Hey Paul - RELAX MAN!!!!! There are plenty of people here who care about the rights of Californians. Those who say "Just move to a free state" are saying so half-jokingly. What we really need is for more of our people to move TO California.
"Too many anti gun bills" its a strategy of our enemy just like "divide and conquer".Which a lot of people here seem to fall for.
It's a last gasp. The anti-gunners are running out of options so they're trying real hard to
get something pushed through just by sheer weight of numbers (of bills). Sort of like the finale at a fireworks display. When this flurry is over, they're pretty much done and everyone knows it. CJ |

Gee really? Wow, I have only been here my whole damn life. Thanks for the tip. I am leaving for career reasons, not because of guns. That is a fools error. Even though I am leaving, I am still going to work with the Pink Pistols in destroying the SF Handgun Ban. |

No shit. 580,000 people moved into California last year. I think that it's attacting liberals from all over America - yet I hear bitches from people in Washington, Oregon, Neveda, and Arizona that Californians have taken over thier states. Something doesn't add up! Millions and millions of Californias would have to be entering each state to swing a vote and that's not happening in four different states ... the place would be empty and last time I was in bumper-to-bumper traffic at 10:00 PM there sure were a whole lot of people sitting in front and behind me. If we could get the borders closed and send the MILLIONS of illegals back across the border and we'd see some elections change. If we reshaped the districts to follow more natural boarders - that's going to take a federal judge to do that. With the districts set up to favor the safe election of each side's people. Outside of LA and San Francisco the liberals are beaten - the districts within those two counties are cut like puzzle board to ensure the liberals get enough votes in each district to control the election. |

Crapola. Nothing 'lazy' about these gun-grabbing bastards. State-Sen Perata's name has been on every one of our state disasters. |

It's funny how according to that map, it's ONLY the northern costal districts that vote against the rest of the state.
I wonder who lives in the richest areas of California and have political sway. It couldn't be the suits at the capital since they are so poor they had to up their wages a couple weeks ago to $112k a year.... |
It's good to see some people fighting for california instead of turning and running. At least I am not alone. I have been doing a lot of thinking. I even got some advice from a democratic co worker. Why dont we propose pro gun legislation instead of always fighting anti gun bills? I mean, he always tells me, we should be writing the bills so the DEMS have nothing to write(even though they will always bitch about something)
Here is my point and I proposed it before; We should try and find out how to go about proposing a bill, and then modify the bill so it helps use instead of hurts us. Why cant we propose a bill that says in order to get your _______ firearm, you have to do _______. For example, in order to get a "assault weapon" you have to go through a series of tests and background checks not exceeding X amount of dollars. At least that way it sets up the future for our children that without out doing so, would never have any sort of assault weapons. We are just fighting a defense fight. It's time we take the offensive. |
That's what I've been thinking about lately. Is this giving up too much, though? But it's better than nothing...I think.
Yeah, how long until we have to start introducing bills where people have to submit an application to own ammo? "I the hereby signed ________, intend to purchase this ammunition for legal uses."
I'm waiting for something around the 10th and 14th Amendments to be enforced here. I figure Fineswine and Boxterd are giving our federal tax dollars away in payment to the feds to not overturn boldly un-Constitutional laws. Our state gives away more money than any other state with like $0.71 returned to it. That's billions and billions of California dollars going to support other people in other states ... there's got to be some payback for that.
