We have this thread about every week; Blackout 18T for the SCAR Light and 51T MITER for the Heavy, good luck finding one of those however. Before that early SCAR's were issued with an 18T inconnel Phantom flash hider, again might as well be made of unobtainium.

One more thing to add to Kalmar's accurate synopsis... .670 Inner Diameter for the MK17 SCAR-H MITER Mount (not .755 ID). You might just find a .755 ID, which will function just fine. However, the .670 ID are almost a custom fit to the MK17 (snug recessed/barrel overlap area) and are what the mil get.

Correct! Military SCAR-H hiders are 18T Miter mounts. The military went with the 18T design but the 51T design is better and locks up more securely.
