Mosquito w/ YHM phantom 5.56 - the can weights at least as much as the pistol.  Just threw the can on there for show.

Wet and wiped it sounds great.  Dry it sounds loud as hell.  For its size it is impressive how well it works, but it is no replacement for a full size can.

Yep.  It's the RM05 9MOA dot.

Interesting note, I bought the same sight that's in the 14,000 serial range and it's got a less blue hue to the viewing window. This one is in the 11,0000 serial range.  The one that's more blue has a higher contrast dot.

How do you like your setup?  I've put rounds through my Osprey 45, but not on this host yet.  Actually I  have no rounds through this FNP-45 Tactical yet.

Degroat Mk99Mod0 on my Sig226R.  XS Big Dot 24/7 sites. They JUST BARELY clear the top of the can.  6 rounds through it so far.  Threaded barrel is new and never fired before now, so cycling is not going so well: stove pipes every round.  But with 115gr fodder, no ear pro needed. A little loud fired into ground at 4', but I know that's not a good indicator of performance. More pics and review info to follow. There's also a pic of my Mk12Mod1 in my photostream.

Where did you get your threaded barrel?
Is that a 40 or a 9mm?

I have an XDM 45 and when the slide comes back the barrel comes back with it and the recoil spring guide extends out a bit past the end of the barrel.
I am waiting on my Osprey 45 and was wondering if the recoil guide will hit the can?

Storm Lake barrels told me that they are working on a threaded barrel for the XDM 45.

Just  had my first visitation with my new Osprey today. I'm not sure if it helped or hurt surviving the paperwork wait. Tested it out with my Nighthawk AAC

Very, very nice! But it's kind of funny that your using the Osprey on your AAC Nighthawk.
