What, are you kidding? I have an Elcan on my SCA two-handed sword! I have an Elcan on my Spyderco pocket knife! I have a set of brass knuckles with an Elcan on the thumb! Elcans for EVERYBODY-Y-Y-Y-Y-Y-Y--Y-Y-Y-Y-Y |

The US Army has a modified version of the ELCAN. Its the M145 if I remember correctly. But in SOF you can find any type in inventory on there, though the ACOG reflex seems to be a favorite.

Am I the only one who doesn't think that the Elcan is the greatest sight ever devised? It is a good sight, but I don't see what advantage it has over any other high end low light sight.
