How many loaded stripper clips can I store into a 5.56mm military surplus ammo can? The can says 820 rounds, but can I max out to 1,000 to 1,200 rounds w/clips and no cardboard?  Thanks in advance, -websensei

Around 1200 with just stripper clips.  820 is for the rounds in cardboard boxes.  Is this a Korean surplus ammo can?  7 4-pocket bandoleers will fit in a 50 cal. can (840 rounds).
