It's my new Bushamster Signature 16. What do you think.
Sweet, or just funny lookin'.
I put a cheap Tasco red dot on it. I hope to get an Aimpoint soon.
Haven't shot it yet.

By the way Kieslers has excellent customer service.

Here are the links in case webshots goes down.

Way cool,
I wonder if the tube being close to flush with the barrel modifys the report (bang) in any way??

7IDL,
OK,
I am going to have to issue a Strong Buy on this one!

This gun is freakin' badass.
This is the best balanced rifle I have ever shot.
The red dot is perfectly suited to this rifle also. Although, I'm saving my pennies for an Aimpoint.

Buy one and shoot cans at 100yd.
It is quite possibly the most fun you will ever have.

Nice lookin' shooter, hg112.
Check out this link and tell me if it reminds you of anything:

I'm considering the muzzle compensator they've got because I like the way it looks...

...notice the finished ones below the rifle.

You certainly went for one of the most unique "looks".  Kewl.

Do ya think that kind would be good for my 1st AR?

Any issues with the barrel not having enough circulation?

Boomhaur,
I think it would do just fine as your first AR.
I'm a big bushmaster fan because of their crome-lined barrels. The Signature 16 uses the same barrel as the shorty 16, which is also a great rifle. The float tube provides greater accuracy. The rest is cosmetic.

FNC80,
I rapid fired 30 rounds. It seemed to heat up less than a standard handguard 16", of course it was cold that day.
In my informal test the full float tube seemed to remain cooler than a regular handguarded rifle, I could be wrong.

A little heavier than a standard 16" HBAR. It's not really noticeable.

How many pounds do you think? 7,8? in that range?

I think a 16" HBAR weighs about 7.6, so I would say about 8lb.
