Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - who makes 22lr uppers?

I saw a complete upper made just for 22lr in a cabelas the other day. it was from a fall 2000 so it was not a new one. it said victor arms was the manufacturer. but i can't find that company anywhere online. do they exist or is there another company that make 22lr uppers?

btw, i'm not talking about conversion units, ok

KKF, or something like that. i dont know teh site, but someone will shortly. form what i understand, they are fantastic, but will cost you. one is being given away at the black rilfe convention
