I have a Oly Plinker that I'm slowly customizing, a.e. flat top upper, fixed collaspable stock, side mount sling, ect... now the only thing left original is the barrel and lower. Should I.......

1) Keep the cast lower because it serves it's purpose.

2) Send the lower back to Oly to be remanufactured into a forged lower, or...

3) Spend alittle more to buy a forged lower and keep the cast lower for a future project rifle?
