I can't speak from experience as far as a functioning rifle. I have a CAV-15 lower that is non-functional (long story,it was made that way by GarryOwen for shipping cross border) but the craftsmanship is superb. Shawn who owns Cavalry Arms is a moderator in industry forums for the Cavalry forum. He is very well respected here and his customer service is second to none. You won't go wrong buying a CAV-15 rifle. Your biggest decision will be...what color!

You can't go wrong with a CAV-15. I've had mine now for almost a year and it's sweet! I have a Bushmaster 16" upper on the CAV-15 lower and it's a snug fit, Accuwedge need not apply. Shawn built it with a Bushmaster lower parts kit. Lightweight, and functions flawless. In fact it's my Deer rifle this season! Gotta Love Arizona. When I go plinking it's usually the CAV-15 I take. I've got 3 of them; a yellow one, a white one, and a green one.
I wouldn't keep getting more if they weren't so dang cool.  Shawn's customer service and his warranty are the selling points for me. As well as having an innovative and very cool product, he'll go way out of his way to make sure a customer is satisfied. www.cavalryarms.com |
