I`ve seen postings reporting sightings at gunshows.Haven`t seen any ads in Gunlist yet. Apparently .40 S&W versions are pretty scarce right now.

I don't believe FN HP is the same as the old HP (made by FN/Browning in Belgium and Portugal).
