How do you like that light?  They seem to be a pretty good Korean light for $60 IMOP.

Not overly special but I love it. S&W model 6906 9mm. Retired Texas DPS (State police) service pistol with only about 10k rds through it.

It's a great light for the money. My only complaint is the lack of decent holsters for it, I have yet to find an after market one. The stock one is falling apart after five months of daily use.

G19 in an Alessi CQC/S (spare mags in a Comp-Tac double carrier):

M&P 9mm in Galco Concealable (waiting on a Comp-Tac mag carrier):

Ruger GP100, holster by me, speed strip in IHL speed strip carrier:

MP45, new member of the collection.  Will be carried in the pictured home-built holster/mag pouch combo after I've had more range time with it:

I know a lot of people like that holster you are using, but have been hesitant to buying one for my .40 without hearing from someone carrying an HK.  I take it that it works well for you??  Sorry for any hijack.  I will be posting a pic of what i have when i get a holster for my HK that i like.  Till then i am carrying a Taurus Model 85.

In CT you have to be 21 to have a pistol permit, and have to have a pistol permit to even buy a pistol.

*grumpy voice* in this damn place they call NY, you have to have a pistol permit to even touch a pistol in a gun shop!!
"can I see the G21 please?"  "Sure, got your permit on ya?"
Someday, I'm going to move when I can...nice pics guys! Keep 'em coming!!

Okay?

As an owner of a Smartcarry rig, I will have to disagree with that statement on the basis of logic.  Being on an airplane, it is logical that they may have to draw when seated.  With the smartcarry, this is pretty much impossible without making it entirely obvious to everyone around you of what you are doing.

I imagine they are using a good cover garment with an IWB/OWB or maybe even a shoulder rig.

OK I am new here... I always thought that I was weird...My support staff includes a Benchmade stryker and a Surefire Nirolon (sp) plus a Ka-Bar neck knife. Oh and by the was usually a custom folder knife by a local guy that makes great stuff. Then there is the Glock 33 to top it all off. I am pleased to see all of the extras that every one carries so now I don't feel funny for the Support staff.

I try to keep my pockets light... dressing for FL heat doesn't leave a lot of options for keeping the unnecessary.

Anyway, S&W M&P .40c, Onion, Winterfresh, Chapstick (My name is Mark and I'm an addict), keys to the best vehicle ever built, and you can decipher the rest...

I think he wanted you to click the link he put in "holster choice". It's a You Tube video from a couple years back, shows how unsecure the Fobus paddle is. Can be easily broken off the paddle by a gun snatching bad guy while you are wearing it.

I've got a few of these myself, don't wear them much. Thing is, if they are concealed, no one will know to snatch them. Still, more secure is better....

The Alessi leather is left out of the pic, as is the Blackberry 8830. I've put the Coach wallet away and now use a Coach cardholder and magnetic money clip. Sometimes the folding knife is replaced by a 4 inch Newt Livesay fixed blade.

That's up to you.  If you can comfortably and safely conceal it, then why not.
