FAC has new AR parts kits and Vern Smith (meeper)435-753-0663 has done alot of Galil builds.

Guys, here is another place to get Galil parts. I ordered the folding stock from him and it was in the exactly the condition described. Shipping is prompt, especially considering he is in Israel. I'm not associated with them, but thought I would pass it along.

Does any one have some sources for valmet/ can fill me in on what is compatable between the galil the ak47 and the valmet?

AFAIK, there are not really any knwon good sources for Valmet parts. I'm not sure, but I'd venture to say that not many parts are interchangeable. What are you looking for? |

I was wondering about stock because my valmet has a real nice walnut stock on it and I don't want to damage it, and I was also wondering about magazines

The individual known as "Dano", quit selling years ago. Back around 2004, asking about mags for my rifle, his response was he could get them....if I purchased 300 of them.
And I was on good terms with him through previous purchases. Botach quit selling any meaningful parts for the Galil around '02. |
