Looks like an old Galil to me.

My guess is a converted norinco hunter. Made in china is a pretty big hint , but it also looks like the trigger guard was bolted in place somehow, not with rivets.

Its a Norinco Hunter done up to be a Galil clone.

What would it be worth with 1 mag?

Not to much, maybe $300 IMHO.

$300?  That's brutal.  A Galil parts kit costs $600 now and it's a long way from firing.  I was thinking more along the lines of a Galil parts gun.

I'll take a couple at that price. I'll have to look at my chinese guns. They were getting real close to sending us some really great shit when the ban hit. Seems like Ive seen a photo of something very simular that was Chinese. Could be a pretty rare item????????? How about a better photo of any markings on the gun.

I'm still learning the pic thing

On the far right it says: IDE McLean VA

Or something like that.  Receiver is definetly milled and standard AK mags fit

Did we settle on a slant front milled Hunter with a Galil kit?

Can a folding stock be installed on this receiver?

SBR?

Looks like it would be 16, assuming the flash suppressor was permanent.

Shot it today.  It shoots great!  The longer stock fits me well and I'm not tall.  I can't decide on selling it or not.
