I'll have some in a few days, I already called up the store and bought/reserved 10 boxes, using my credit card... They have about 30 more boxes of it left
 . I'm willing to pick up some more, if anybody is interested.. I started a shit storm on EE by offering some for sale, at about a dollar above my cost to go get it... I figured my time was worth about a dollar to go to the post office, wait in line, etc. Guess I figured wrong.  It's gona cost me $7 a box, for wolf hollowpoints  for me to buy those 30 boxes. partly cause they didn't have a case for sale (by the box only) and partly gas money to go get it. The story is the same all over, web sites list it, but you click on it, or call them up, and it's "sorry, not now, maybe a few months, or we don't know" So if you want me to pick up a few boxes for you let me know ASAP. No telling how much longer they will have it in stock. I'll ship some to anybody who is willing to pay my cost plus actuall shipping costs. Merry christmas  At these prices, it's emergency testing ammo/self defence only. so there it is, 30 boxes of 20 rounds 5.45 x 39 take it or leave it. I'll go pick it up in about a week (as soon as I get a 5.45 receiver) OOW said it would ship in a few days. So it's be very soon. |

Sportsmansguide.com I've ordered Wolf and Barnaul from them before with the buyers discount and I usually order when my membership is due for renewal and get free shipping at that time. If you look around, you can get the $10.00 off online coupon to sweeten the deal.
Do not buy hollow points as they may give you problems. J&G in Prescott, AZ shows it in stock if you live in Northern AZ. If you are in Tucson, I may be placing an order shortly from Sportsmansguide. |

I made sure to ask and the lady I spoke to said the 30 but that it could be pushed back. I have a feeling well get the run around on this one for a while. I dont really mind though since I only have one 74 at this time I do however have two more in the works. |

I don't really see how that has anything to do with this. Many people have simply advised you to leave that overpriced ammo at the store...If you are going to pay $7/box of ammo, buy it from me. I'll even give you free shipping. |

That has nothing to do with the offer I made to hook the guy up with some ammo at a price any sensible person would pay for it. I live in the same city as him, if he needs it, I can get him some at the same price I paid for it. I can part with 500 rds for a local person at a reasonable price. It cost me $3.50 a box or less. At $10.00 a box of 20, a case would cost $500.00. At $7.00 a box of 20, that would run $350.00 a case.
Yeah, I wouldn't buy it. Anyone want a case of 5.45x39 for $500.00? $350.00? My offer was made to one person, local to me if he needed it, at a reasonable price, not an ass raping. |

Many places still have the soft point in stock. While not accurate ammo, it would be good plinking and practice ammo for a decent price until the "boat" comes in.

I just checked on my ammo orders with SG,5.45 fmj is expected to be avaliable on March 30 while my 7.62x39 order should be avaliable on Feb 1.
