Purchased from Century under a Com Bloc heading, the gal I spoke to had no idea about country of origin. Its 7.62x54r, 440 round sealed tin, all the writing on the outside resembles most of the same on some Russian tins I have. I'm interested in country of origin and factory and whether or not you have any experience with it. I'm not ready to open the tin up just to look at the case bottom. Thanks in advance!

Anyway, it appears to be Russian, light ball w/steel core, on copper-washed steel cases, manufactured in 1984.

Hope this helps!
