For Info I am wondering if you lube the buffer tube? If so what type of Lube?

If your not in combat,wipe a light synthetic grease on the spring and on the buffer,you can also put a coating inside the tube,its easy to clean anyhow and prevents wear and quiets it down,,,,,military lube recomendations are just that,the rest of us can slobber the gun down,so nothing wears,and it makes the rifle easy to wipe out.
Again,if you realy use the weapon in combat,then its a differant story,,,,brad

If your bolt carrier is wet and you store the gun upright it will pretty much lube itself.
