Can you describe this modification? Does it allow the mags to fit in an AR mag well?
Thx. |
I might be interested in a couple. I would like to see some pictures and or have some more details.
Show a complete finished mag and i might be interested in some 30s.

I'm in for two 30 rounders. Let us know when they are ready and were to send money.
Joe |
I'd be in for 2 or 3.
What part of WV are you in? I'm in the Huntington area. |
Too far to drive. I guess you will have to ship them. |
If it works with the Olyarms upper then I'll be interested in 4 mags.
When will they be available? |
Wow, 30 rnds. Put me down for 4 @$35 ea. I am in no big hurry, so don't rush. I have Stens to get by with. This was pure $$$ to be made. I was never contacted. I am no longer interested. |
BTT to keep this from dropping off. Please update us when you get a chance.
Thanks, Joe. |
I am interested. Would want 4 (30's) to feed my oly 45 upper. Please email or IM with address info to send payment when available.
Thanks Matt |
tag for 10mm mags.
You are going to make some 10mm mags for Oly 10mm? |
Tag & Tag, I will take 3 or 4 in .45 Oh so swet, my Oly will love them.
Snead45, I could probably work something out for a ten round 10mm. Have to get to the regular mags first.
Update for everyone 1/10/06 Still waiting on the jig to modify the followers. Sorry for the delay. Believe me, I wait to get some of these out. |
let me know how and when to purchase "send money". I'll take 3 -.45 and 3-10mm mags |
I dont have a 45 upper but these mags make me want to get one. If they work in a standard lower I will take a few-prob 4, 30rnds to start.
count me in for 4 30's as well. Send me an email when ready. Any pics of the completed mags.
For the amount of work it takes, wouldn't it be easier to just make a new magazine?
Nightowl,
I don't think there's enough demand to do the design work, test, and make the tooling. I'll let someone else chime in that's knows more about it. |
I am really interested in seeing a picture of the jig and a before/after pic of the follower. Making the mag body is easy, but I don't currently understand what is done to the follower. I was kinda wondering if it could just be split, compressed, and re-welded with less effort.

Put me down for one of these mags when you get all the way down the list to me...
I have some guys bugging me for 45 barrels. I snagged a reamer, but I have no way to test fire them just yet... |
Why did flames (fire!) come out of the ejection port of your subgun?
I've seen sparks but you had yourself a little fireball man. (PS, awesome metal working on those mags!) - BG |

That's a good question. They are some left over 200gr SWC loads that I used in my 1911. Never noticed it before. If everything goes when I should have 18 mags ready by the end of the week. I will be contacting people in order they expressed interest. |
Great, I can't wait for my 4! (I hope I'm in the first group) |
Ditto dude. That's why I tagged in a few back .... that and some 10mm requests ... |
