hahahaha, i saw a pic on Denny's post, but it was further away. I was wondering what the pic was.
I think Noveske is going to! C4 |
wassup with the pig ? some sort of private joke or something ?
The fire breathing pig was at the request of a certain group in the Military that is running these. As we all know, Muslims do not like pigs so to have a pig laser etched on the side of the Krink was kinda funny. It is also fitting as the Krink is a bit of a pig (in size). C4 |

Awesome rig and pig logo too.
That would be a nice SBR addition to my LMT lower maybe later on when BRD strikes me real bad. I'll be interested in their T-shirts in the meantime when they become available. |
It is a good lookin setup for sure. I would also like to build one with a 10" rail as it would fit right up to the edge of the Krink (showing no barrel). C4 |
See one??
Hell I was shooting one yesterday. Just made me want one real bad....... Nothing like the sound of gunfire in TX........ |
The above upper is a customers and have 6 other Noveske 10.5's going out the door tomorrow. I must say that it is hard not keep one for myself! C4 |
HA! Now that's a riot! If I were allowed SBRs here in MI I'd be all over both the Noveske Krink Sup. and their fire Breathing Pig! Thanks for the laugh Grant! |
Nobody. It would help with muzzle flip for sure. C4 |
Your welcome Sir! C4 |

The US made Krink runs at $125. www.gandrtactical.com/noveske.htm C4 |

Could someone educate me on what the Krink does (besides reduce muzzle flash)?
It directs sound away from your ears. It works pretty well for that, I am told. Never fired it. Almost got a chance to, but no time. |

Actual dimensions? And will the one I order come with the flaming pig? After a dozen years shooting a shorty, Flaming Pig is as apt a descriptor I could imagine, as mine is grossly overweight and breathes fire.
I will be reassembling my 10.25 Arf pistola this week if I can get with a 'smith long enough to have the barrel turned down. Paladin |
I only stock the pig model! Here are some specs on the Krink.... C4

A little over 3 inches. C4 |

Tagged.
Now THAT is some funny stuff. Gotta love a sense of humor like that. I have to show my wife this. She will love it. Pig's blood and all that.... viator |
Good idea! C4 |
That means I get one comped for thinking of it right?
Just kidding. I wish I had need for one, now if they'd only make it for the SOCOM16! |
Noveske does make a 7.62 model. |
Yes they do! C4 |
Hm, I'd dremel the pos SOCOM16 front sight/gas plug/brake combo in a heartbeat, as I recall the SOCOM16's thread pitch is different than the standard M1A though
Do they do request lasering? I'd like mine to have a block of ham or couple pieces of bacon (yum ) on the other side |
If you find out the thread pitch required you can buy the M24x1.5 Krink and have an adapter made or you could just ask John to make you a Krink with the proper thread. |
According to Noname in this thread, The SOCOM is threaded 43/64---40TPI RH, while USGI BBL's are 43/64---20TPI RH
Would have to get a new gas plug ring thingie, and even then it'd leave precious little thread available for the brake, damn SA! |
Mines on the way! Now I need to register a lower and get a Noveske 10.5"er! Ha nothing like doing things backwards.
Grant,
You know I'm gonna' end up with one of those on that LMT 10.5" with LaRue 9.0 FF you just made up for me. Don't you??? What are the chances of getting the pig to index on the side when attached??? |
Just got my KX3 serial number 00006 from Grant and fire breathing bacon never looked so good.
Now I just need to build an upper to put it on. Thanks again Grant. yakrat101 |

Glad you like it! C4 |
