What is the easiest way to install these rings on my bolt. Tried a search with no luck,tried youtube with no help, so here i am on this forum looking for help thank you

Start from the back of the bolt. Get one tip of the bolt ring in the groove, and then work the rest of it into the groove, going around the bolt. A pair of needle-nose pliers may help a bit. The rings are pretty tough, so you can use a little oomph if needed.
