It is stamped Colts Law Enforcement Carbine.

My new one says Colt Carbine AR15A2 on one side and the LE/export stuff on the other side

It's the top receiver.

By the way , my 6920 has over 38,000 rds through it with no malfunctions at all . It also has hung tough through some of the most challenging tactical courses around. in fact most guys on my team have 6920's its invariable that the ones that dont have their guns go down. This gun is a tank, in my opinion there's the 6920 then there are all other M 4 variants. Its in a class by itself.
