A 6920 upper less than $700?!

|
these uppers take large pivot pins right? So will they only work on a colt lower?

these uppers take large pivot pins right? So will they only work on a colt lower? No, they are all standard size pivot pins. This is really great, cheapest I've seen a Colt BCG ! If only they were selling th 6921 upper for the same price! |
|
This is good now parts like these offered will be cheaper on the EE..why buy used for that price or higher when you can get brand new.

I was under the impression that colt large pivot pins wont fit in a standard lower. am I wrong? 6920 NM I reread it and I see that it comes with adapters to work with the large pivot pin colt lowers. |
|
Wow, I wonder if this is the result of them losing the exclusive rights to the M4? In any case, I'm glad to see it!

This is a major step forward. Direct sales of items like this. I just found out I have no reason to ever buy a non Colt BCG ever again.

Will the 6940 upper fit on a 6920 lower. It's the same lower. |

Please start selling your lowers especially strip lowers....Please...Pretty Please.

The EE is going to be in trouble yeah i am tired of missing sales by mere seconds and the posters do not update their posted with sold or spf now i can just buy straight from colt and skip the bs i seen guys in the EE selling 6920 uppers without the bcg or charging handle for 600 |

|
My wish list:
1. Stripped 6921 Lowers with the M4 markings so I can build it with parts I like. 2. 14.5 inch 6921 uppers. |

Finally joining the 20th [now 21st] Century... There may be hope for Colt afterall. |
|
It would be nice if they started offering different barrel configurations like lightweights and mid-lengths. Branch out a bit.
|
|
Hmm.........
If they're selling parts like this on their site, I wonder how long it will be before some of the online stores that sell uppers & parts will start carrying them too, and if they will be cheaper on those sites? |
|
Looking thru the parts for different firearms.................not bad prices at all, especially for the smaller bits and pieces.
Now all they have to do is drop the .22 ACE mag price to around $30-$35 and offer some 9mm mags. |

This is the beginning and there is more to come down the road.

Now Brent, can we please have the windage only adjustable carry handles and Colt Short stocks from Colt Canada.
Pleaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaase. |

Well since Colt's MFG does not supply carbines to the military, I'm going to say no. What you're seeing is the work of General Keys to slowly steer Colt's MFG into the right direction, and bring them up to a level they can expand their production and retail sales without bankrupting the company. Remember the millions in CNC machines a couple years ago? That was just the beginning. Of course, I'm only speculating so I could be incorrect. |

I've been resisting to bend over with the high prices of SAW and others, now it's time to get some spares. I'm trying to get a complete SP6920 but if my finances gets in trouble I could always just get the upper to use on any of my other three Colts. This is great for all Colt fans and can't wait what other new things they would have available next. |

Wow. Colt acting like they want to make money off the civilian market...
Times are changing. |
|
SAW must be pissed...lol. This is great news and hopefully just the tip of the iceberg for things to come.

Whoever is in charge of Colt right now is doing the company a lot of good!
Good for you, Colt! I am glad that I continued drinking the kool aid for the past 19 years or so I've always had faith in you |

I think the folks at Specialized Armament need a change of underwear...
I hope they start selling barrels too. Imagine how the retro forum would react to brand new colt 6520 barrels at reasonable prices. Also, please, please, please bring back the 6551 and come out with a similar A4 model! |
|
I take it that the BCG offered for sale on their website is the ramped M16 version? can anyone verify that?

Very nice. Hope they add more to the list. I'd love to buy a new 6520 upper by itself to cut down and throw on a sbr upper. I want a lightweight c7 or a2 upper.

But yeah, like I said, I'll be thankful for new 6551's and a similar A4 model. |
