For those of you with the gardens, I'm always jealous.
Tonight's dinner (recipe compliments of this months F&S magazine) is a great way to match your harvest with mine!

Venison and pumpkin curry.

Take one of these


Reduce it to this with some salt & pepper, curry powder, coriander & allspice.


Brown after letting it sit in fridge for a few hours.



Some onions and tomatoes ETA: Garlic, how could I forget the garlic!!


Either a pumpkin or fall squash and a habenero diced up and chicken stock. Stir and simmer


After a few hours and finish with a little cilantro.

This is indeed a great time of year. We just took a monster Muley with a 6 x 5.

Tonight we are dinning on Venison Stew (the venison is from last year). All the ingredients came from

my garden. So far the stew smells great. I can't wait.
