I have not been able to find a complete list of states (i even used the search function) that you can't ship High-Cap mags to:

Correct me if I am wrong but what I have is:

HI, CA, MA

What other states are on this list.  I am asking this as I am selling some mags on the equipment exchange and may have ran into a snag.

New Jersey (must be blocked to 15). New York City, and the 5 bouroughs (Queens, Brooklyn, Statan Island, Manhattan, The Bronx)
