Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - Pre-Ban PWA's: are they legal?

Could someone please explain to me the legal status of a PWA Commando Ser # 15XXX in assembled condition.  I do not know the manufacturer of the other parts but it has a light barrel with flash hider and bayonet lug.  Is this legal??
