This probably has been asked before, but since I'm unsure of a correct answer...  I'll ask again...  can one use various post ban upper parts on a pre ban lower and still have the rifle considered pre ban?  I'm curious because I would like to put a new .22LR upper on my pre ban lower and yet keep certain pre ban evil features on the upper.  Thanks,
W

Yes you can. The stripped lower is considered the firearm by the Feds.

Thanks BK...  your reply is what I thought from what I've read.
