I just received an e-mail on this.  It said to write my cong. rep. to say no to this bill. Has anyone heard anything about this or is this  just one of those internet rumours? [:\]

602 and 602B are not vlaid numbers for a current bill in either the House or the Senate.  "Federal Bill" is also not a proper term to describe a bill before either house of Congress.
