ok guys, where can i really find a pre ban lower. their sometimes on auction sites but thats rarely. so any suggestions on where to look would be nice.

Matt, the equipment exchange right here usually has quality lowers from very reputable sellers.  You will need an FFL to arrange transfer if they are from out of state.  Check Wilson's post regarding seller reputation if you have questions about a particular member.

ok, i'll check that out, i used to worry i wouldnt get one in time, im hoping to have a good job at a regional warehouse distrabution site. then i shall join the ranks of the black rifle owners
