It's no joke. You decide to take a lovely day by the balls and get in your boat with your firearms for a day of duck hunting, or you are recently divorced living on a boat, or your shooting range is waterside, or your in the NAVY etc. and along comes the perfect storm. In a 23ft cuddy that perfect storm may be a barge moving too fast...you never know. Next thing you remember you're washed up on shore minus a boat and all your firearms. What is so funny about that?

It's a running joke saying everyone lost their guns in a boating accident... Usually it's in a reply to 'What do you have in your arsenal" type threads or questions. General paranoia around here
