Anybody else watching solely to see them sink?
Well.... I don't hope they die.
I sure wish they would get arrested or left adrift in the middle of the ocean. |
I really don't want those brainless enviroweenies killed (they are just sheep being lead to slaughter, if you will), now Paul that is a very different story.
My first thought when seeing the commercials... "So you're videoing your illegal activity? You're really going to document yourself harassing lawful fishing vessels?"
Personally, it's a recipe for no good when you fill an old, aging ship with novice sailors, many of whom have never been on a boat, and take it into some of the roughest waters on the planet. Personally, I wouldn't get onto that boat, but that's me. You don't take a crew of pleasure boaters, and that's being generous to their experiance level, and put them on the bad waters.
Honestly, you'd think after they lost the boat last years they'd figure some shit out...
I watched about 10 mins of it just to see what it was about. I havent laughed that hard in about a month. Thanks hippies.
Wasn't there an episode where some of their guys went off in one of those little boats and they lost contact with them and they had to radio one of the japanese whalers for assistance? All they got was silence IIRC. Hilarious.
SHIT! I'm missing it........ Oh well......... Got comcast.... I can watch it anytime!

Total novices of the sea
The editors made Watson (the ship's Captain) look good in that ice field. Peter Brown (1st mate) has no business in row boat much less an ocean going vessel. His inability to hold a bow line taught caused the delta boat to flip over last season. He was panicky little girl when he tried to pilot the ship thought the ice. Monk |

Would Steve Erwin really endorse this? No way in hell. |

I don't wish them any harm, but if their homo boat flipped or got crushed by ice, I wouldn't lose any sleep.

left adrift in the middle of the ocean. No worse than what they've already tried to do to some of these whaling ships. IIRC, a couple were caught trying to sabotage the engines on one ship. |

Monk Yea he strikes me as the 'When I fuck up blame it on others except myself type"......Also a smart ass... You can just tell! I'd have to reset that dudes breaker! |

So.... there is this whale wars thing on tv? And it's not whales fighting to the death??

Anybody else watching solely to see them sink? Yes, but I doubt that's going to happen. This is contrived drama. |

Where are the good ole WW2 ship mines when you need em?
I'm sure there some DD NFA guys who could help out... |
Their damage control teams consists of two people with mops and towels.
man I hope they sink... Or that the Coast Guard watches this and revokes their certificate!
They are easily the most inept crew of dipshits I have ever seen. And its not just the junoir crewmen/volunteers. The senior crew are horribly incapable as well.

Ha ha ha....I just watched tonight's episode......what a great quote by the electronics geek.....
"It all went to hell when Peter Brown got behind the wheel" I was hoping he was going to ram an iceberg and sink the ship. I think they should throw that goofy fuck overboard......... Then, when they tried to launch that Zodiac, I thought they were going to sink it as well and it ends up getting lost in the storm for a bit......What a bunch of losers! More good quotes......Peter Brown........."By all rights, we shouldn't even be down here" I love the cameraman's statement to the poor saps below decks waiting for the ice to breach the hull............ "This is where my commitment ends", which roughly translated means "Hasta you sorry fucks, I am outta here!" I really don't think the majority of viewers watch the show because they care about the whales, I think they watch it to see if Capt. Mouth-Breather is going to get any or all of them killed! |
The Japanese need to send down a ship just to harass them, hopefully named the Stingray Maru.
Kina wish they would start shooting at the JAPanese. Go eat some tuna, sorry.

What I want to know is why are they not considered "PIRATES?" They're accosting legal vessels on the high seas.
