His two biggest mistakes were getting out of the bed this morning combined with being an asshole. The road leaving our plant has a cross access right of way, in which he is parked. Our exit path is from his belly to the front of the blurry semi truck out in the main street. He stopped directly in the path of one of our trucks a few feet away from his bumper and started raising hell with one of our drivers, which he escalated to threatening a group of our coworkers. Three times in 10 years our plant manager has gone over and talked to their boss about this loose cannon. In that time period he got promoted from employee to management. This morning as he antagonized and threatened and refused to move he decided to show his brilliance and give me a great shot for the camera. Im sure his bosses will LOVE that picture! It will pretty much neutralize anything he has to say in his own defense. Our President told the Site Supervisor that 3 visits was more than enough for corrective action. They will file harassment charges with the city against him Monday. The last guy they filed on they won a major distance restraining order on. He works right next door. If I had to bet this will not turn out like he thought it would. Play stupid games, win stupid prizes. He won today!!! Good job!!

It's hard to imagine why he would have such a problem with people from your plant driving out to the road.

It is a loaded 40 ton concrete mixer truck, sitting in a wheel wash shaped kinda like this \_/ If we do anything on exit it is impede traffic, there is no flying, even if empty, if we were so motivated to do so. Recap- He claims Teamsters take loaded big trucks and fly out of a culvert. Yeah right.

You do know that his actions are assault. By blocking your path with his truck....great photo. Because of his stance, he probably will get a visit from the law man.

Bozo without a cause . . . I can't even imagine caring how fast the cement trucks leave a plant. I bet this guy has been in multiple bar fights over the years. |

Personally I think the ass whippin he deserved is a better option for all involved. He learns how to play better with others, we get rid of a headache and society becomes better by peer pressure. But we have to play within the rules like everyone else. He invited the man into his life with his actions and more so his pose. |

Sometimes er most of the times you can't fix stupid. Yeah hopefully he'll be gone. Good capture on camera he's fooked.
