The Njoy is Subnet's favorite. You'll enjoy it a lot more once you get some good liquid and refill your cartridges. Theres not a lot of fluid in the pre-filled ones as it is... make sure you pay attention to whats going on. Don't keep trying to get vapor and heating up the thing if there's no vapor coming out. You're either dry or the battery is spent. Keep the liquid in check to keep the atomizer alive. Question:
What do I do with this one ciggy I have, do I need a nerdy pocket protector thingy? Maybe a leather holster, like the Zippo ones? If so, can I get my name stamped in it?
Do they make concealment holsters, maybe a small of back? I gotta feelin' i am going to like this thing way more than Farkin' Marlboros. Haha... I don't know what to do with mine either, I find that a bit of a dilemma. I've been sticking it in my cig pack and keeping it in the calf pocket of my tac-pants.
I did pick up the little carry case but it's pretty weighty with two batteries in there. As for this compared to cigs... fuckin' A! Today is the first day I haven't had a cig since I woke up. From me that is one hell of a testimonial. Seriously. Oh and an update... Since I'm all about the M401/402 hybrid mini style e-cigs... I decided to order up some Intellicig EVO kits yesterday. ![]() |

I put a pocket clip off a pencil on mine, works great... keep it in my shirt pocket next to my pen... no one has noticed it yet, and I can sneak a toot almost anytime. I gotta feelin' i am going to like this thing way more than Farkin' Marlboros. You will... I do... so far anyway. I've had a Mini DSE-901 (only since last Monday), but no issues with hardware so far... I charge the battery at night and it lasts me all day... juice-up the cart before leaving for work every morning. I washed out a Visine bottle and keep 3-4 ml. of Johnson's Creek Tennessee Cured juice in it for topping off during the day. I didn't smoke any Marlb. Mediums last week from Monday til Saturday night, but did fall off the wagon after several beers during the day, then supper with friends, then a few Crown Royal shots with Bud chasers... my "need for nicotine" seems to go up when drinking and socializing, more esp. around other smokers. My only problem with the 901 is I can't toke it 5-6-7 times in a row like a regular butt... you have to hit it, wait a minute, hit it again, etc. I feel like I could have made it through Sat. night without a Marlbro if I'd had a model with better "hitting power", but haven't figured out which one that would be yet... kinda leaning toward a Janty Dura C. I want to stock up on hardware and juice before the FDA sticks their nose in and either starts seizing all shipments, figures out a way to outright ban them, or Congress taxes the hell out of 'em... but can't decide if I need to try another model with (reportedly) better "hitting power" or stick with the 901 and just buy a bunch of atomizers, USB pass-thru, etc. I'll figure that out in the next few days, though. My wife's happy with her 901 and generic menthol juice from esmokeytreats, although she still smokes a couple of VaginaSlimMentholLights per day. Another issue for me is all the made-in-China juice. I've decided to try several Johnson's Creek flavors and, probably, buy strictly from them... currently the only juice made in America. I just ordered some 15ml. Mint, Strawberry, and Original Tobacco... I'll be trying those and making a much larger order shortly. I never developed a morning cough like some of my buds that smoke, but at least I'm no longer blowing my nose 5-10 times in my first waking hour every day... breathing seems easier, and I can smell a smoker a mile away! |

My atomizer died in my "Smoking Everywhere" gold, so I have two Intellicig EVO's on order as well as a 2 backup Atomoizers for the gold. I am loving my ecig. I have heard some seriously good things about the EVO's so I got 2 of them on the way. The wife even ordered another smoking anywhere one. Now we need to get some fluid for refills.

I'm hoping to get off the nicotine, you're tryin' to mainline the shit at 30mg Oh well... more power to ya brother. It's a 30 ML bottle not a 30 Mg bottle. I figure I'd start with a mild dose of 18 Mg and then wean down to 0 Mg. While I haven't smoked since January, I have been chewing Nicotine gum. To be honest though, I miss the hell out of smoking. I hope this will help with that. |

I don't miss smoking cigarettes, so I'm certain that this is the device we're both looking for. |

WOW ...I should have read this tread when it was first started. I've been wanting to quit for a while, but there's that willpower thing that keeps me smoking
. This just might be the thing I need to stop.
Now... Has anybody tried this: The Janty Kissbox Is this a good deal? Seems a little higher in price compared to some of the other that have been mentioned here but I see it has more accessories with it. And it looks like it is in stock. |

Seems a little higher in price compared to some of the other that have been mentioned here but I see it has more accessories with it. And it looks like it is in stock. your link to kissbox does show that Janty offers alot of accesories like the usb,car charger etc but only offers one atomizer. ––- for the short time I've been messing with this it would seem like a better deal to me if it had nother atomizer with it. I ordered the yeti (dura c) at smokesafe and it came with 4 batteries(2 manual,2 auto's) and 2 atomizers for 55 buckish less. Altho I'm sure if I bought all the chargers the janty kiss box comes with it would probably be near that price. I believe Dietsmokes offers a kissbox but its not label "Janty". From what I have gleaned basically alot of these devices are basically the same thing but labeled differently ie. Yeti = dura c=titan=joye510. also saw last night esmokeytreats has a penstyle 801 and a mini dse901 kit that comes with 2 batteried and 2 atomizers ––I assume they're in stock since he has them available ie when I ordered my mini901 from him the pen style 801 was not listed. I'd order some juice while your at it so it shows up your ready to go for abit –– the prefilled carts do not last that long and I've bee topping off refilling the prefill's have not busted in to my empty ready to go carts. anyway these things work so jump on in the water's great lol |

Just dropped another 100 bucks... on a 801 pen-style starter kit, 2 extra atomizers and 5 carts., USB pass-thru, and a Mini (901) USB pass-thru for the two I already have.
and FYI (For Ya'll's Information I looked at probably a dozen or more places, and MyVaporStore.com was the only US-based site I found that had product in stock at the kind of prices I was looking for. Shipping is decent too, free with order >$75... $5.50 flat fee otherwise... USPS Priority out of NYC. The only other places I considered ordering from (that had pen-styles in stock) was Eastmall and Bestecig, and both those are in China. Also ordered some Johnson's Creek (made in USA) juice yesterday, it "may" be here by the weekend, but I'll be (pleasantly) surprised if the hardware order gets here by then. Ya'll, I'm LOVIN' this shit!... 8 days Marlbro-free, except for a Sat. nite alcohol-induced transgression, and already I'm feeling more energetic, breathing better, and don't smell like a walking ashtray... and that's another thing, my wife took up all the ashtrays, washed 'em, and put them up... yeee-dam-haaa... |

east mall has the most variety and the most stock http://www.eastmall.net/index.php Prices are really good but you pay 15 bucks for shipping but if you buy qty it works out pretty good. Shipping takes about 8 days and i have ordered from them twice with no problem.
Quick funny story...I was working on a machine vaping away indoors and a guy comes up to me smoking a cigarette. HHe asks me some questions about my e-cig (801 pen style) and then with a real serious concerned face proceeded to tell me, while he was smoking, told me that he saw the e-cig on the news and that they are addictive and I politely responded by saying, what the fuck do you think cigarettes are? |

Well let me put this link up again, we have ordered from these girls and they ship quick and free. We got the Vapor 1000 classic. The eCig itself seems to be of higher quality than normal and comes with two batteries, two atomizers, spare carts and a really nice charger. The mouth piece on it is some type of rubber which is nice compared to the hard plastic ones on the others. I am currently using their Camel flavored liquid and love it, nice and smooth with a smokey taste to it.

And it even comes in the same bfancy box with the little cardboard boxes inside . from what i can find all the e-cigs originate from our new owners, china. east mall sells those for 39.95 and juice for $50 for 100ml which is half what it goes for in the shops I can find. I got my first 801 pen style from pure smoker and then got my second from east mall and the second came with the soft mouth piece. |

My Eastmall experience:
The hardware (atomizers, batteries, etc.) always arrive as expected. The juice is another story. My first order was for some hardware and a sampler that contained tobacco flavors. After nearly a week of my order being in "processing", I Skyped the dude via his "Contact Us" page. He answered and, to my surprise, was very fluent in English. Sounded like an immigrant with a holdover accent. Kinda like my dentist. Anyway; I explained the situation and after looking up the order, he was very apologetic. He asked if there was anything else I was interested in to accept as a "gift". Unaware that he stocked it, I asked if he had the Red Bull juice I had heard about. He replied in the affirmative and asked what strength nicotine I desired. To my surprise, he added FIVE 20 ml bottles ($50) of the RB flavor to my order free of charge for his oversight. I was expecting just a token of maybe one bottle. I was happy. Less than a week after that talk, the shit was at my door. Again, the hardware shit was to a T. The original tobacco sampler of 5x20ml bottles was GTG as well. The "gift" of 5x20ml bottles of RB was actually 3xRB and 2 Spearmint. Not complaining, I really like the spearmint, it was just odd to receive something different than expected. I chalked it up to the possibility of him being out of RB juice. Today I received my second order from him. The hardware was exactly as ordered again. The juice: I had ordered 5x20ml Marlboro 18mg, and the "Sampler #2", which contained 20ml bottles of Coffee, Spearmint, Cola, Vanilla, and Chocolate. Once again, the juice shit was a little out of whack. What I received was 4xMarlboro 18mg and 1xMarlboro 27 mg. Not a biggie, I'll just delay my step-down of nicotine, The sampler was also mostly good except instead of getting the chocolate, it was banana. My GF was looking forward to trying the chocolate. She doesn't smoke though, so
I give him 3 stars out of 5. The price is very attractive, and the selection of products is outstanding. Getting the product out was a little wonky the first go-'round, but I had a very positive customer service experience. The juice thing prevented it from being four stars. It now looks like the page has changed so that you can choose each liquid per 5x20ml, instead of a generic sampler. I plan on Skyping him again to figure out what the fuck is being lost in translation, so to speak, but it's a safe bet I'll place an order again. |

Maybe he just runs out and substitutes whatever to get it out the door fast? I ordered and it shipped fast, so we'll see how it turns out when/if it arrives. Meanwhile, www.AlternaSmokes.com is GTG for juice. Not cheap cheap but you'll get what you order and fast. |

interesting info you all have provided, will seriously look into it as soon as im done with my travels. also will bring it up with the veterans administration, patches just gave me rashes the thing i hate about all this is the push to tax and ban tobacco users out of the habit, we'll see how it plays out i suppose |

I love my Electronic Cigarette...
...but lately I've been using it less and less and less. I used to go through a cartridge a day. Then it dropped to a cartridge every two days. Now I find myself only taking several puffs two or three times a day. I don't even bother to saturate a cartridge anymore. I just toss several drops into the top of it, and I'm good to go. I bought this thing expecting it to be an alternative to real cigarettes. Now I'm finding that I'm not even using it nearly as much as I used to. I never expected to phase myself out of this! On the one hand I'm happy that I really don't have a desire to smoke anymore - even the eCig. On the other, I have tons of liquid bottles at home from a sampler kit I bought, and a gigantic (30ml) container of the Red Bull flavor juice. I'm either going to hang on to this thing for a while, just in case a craving pops up again (I don't want to get back on real cigarettes) or pass it along to a friend of mine who has been interested but unable to place an order since everything clears out of stock quickly. Anyone else experiencing this? I can't really say that I'm disappointed at all about it _MaH |

To help you reduce your nicotine intake until you are clear. The e-cigarette can do the same thing, but it also provides the oral fix. Most smokers I've talked to find the physical act equally or more addictive. I know that I can load up on nicotine and still want a cigarette. This is why people find it hard to quit. And this is why the e-cigarette is made of win. I'm not big on pharmaceutical drugs either. Do you think an e-cig makes less sense than taking weird drugs like chantrix or wellbutrin? |

I have products from Eastmall and Vaporcig sitting right here. Two different animals. The Vapor 1000 is of higher quality and it shows. My pen style from Eastmall does not have a rubber mouth piece, it's hard plastic. The Vapor 1000 is a little more expensive but with that you get an extra atomizer as well as a warranty with someone right here in the states. The boxes couldn't be any more different. One of my batteries from Eastmall came out of the box not working correctly, the Vapor 1000; both work flawlessly. The Vapor 1000 is much easier to draw on, batteries last much much longer, charger is of higher quality and works better and it puts out about twice as much vapor as the Eastmall version. I could go on but why. I ordered from Vaporcig on Tuesday and had the order in my hand on Saturday. Eastmall is good but Vaporcig is better IMO. |

I guess I can't understand the e-cig thing, because I just quit one day. I got a cold one January more than 10 years ago, and decided I wouldn't have a cigarette that day. I just never picked them back up.

Had my first hardware failure today.
The Yeti aka dura c,titan,joye510 came with 4 batteries from thesmokesafe.com –– 2 manuals and 2 autos switch types. I notice this afternoon on one of the auto's the LED wouldn't stay on very long so traded for another auto and it worked ok. Well I started tinkering around with the one acting funny and blowing on it ––all the tips over from the ecig forum ––couldn't get it to work. So I changed the atomizer thinking maybe it was going out and now both autos are acting screwy. James the owner of smokesafe clearly states in his ad that the automatic batteries are NOT covered in warrenty. so here is what I've learned; 1) after 10 days of pretty hard use the oringnal atomizer still works but compared to a fresh one ––-there is no comparsion––- the new one is like a flame thrower, I noticed in the last several days my yeti wasn't producing the vapor and sizzle and crackle like it did when new ––but it was a slow steady downgrade of performance that I really did not relaize it. I'll tinker and clean the first atomizer at some point and see if I can revive it. 2) the mini dse901 is a good performer and seems to be working better as time has gone on ––maybe its because I'm better about not overfilling the cart or its broken in ––-bottomline works well 3) the Yeti really produces unreal vapor and throat hit when its at its peak performance ––as mentioned noticed I was having to work at it the last few days to get it to go as good as the dse901 ––-maybe its like a hotrod–– lots of performance but its gonna breakdown often and cost you repairs and parts compared to a honda accord. 4) theres a working use life to these things ––with the fact of being a new toy and novelity I have been monkeying around with them pretty much all day, everyday for the last 10 days maybe that will settle out as time goes on but parts are going to be a exspense if you use the devices. 5) lastly when the seller states that something is NOT warrenteed there is a reason for it. I've been skating thru basically trouble free thinking my stuff is dependable only to have 2 "apparent" battery failures at the same time eidta to add; that new atomizer really rocks didn;t realize that the old one was getting that bad 2nd edit to add; got one working by doing the ol thermometer shake ––held by the LED end and shook it down like getting mercury back down in thermometer |

heres a reply from james at smokesafe ––- fast response and good customer service I have to say –– I'll try it and post results
––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––- What you're describing is pretty easy to fix! Its caused by liquid making its way down into the battery through the hole in the connector. If you take a small piece of paper towel, or kleenex, and roll it up, stick it into the hole in connector on the battery (making sure you leave enough out so you can take it out) and then leave the battery sitting upside down on the connector, the papertowel / kleenex should absorb the liquid that is there. Once the liquid is gone, the problem should be too:D If that doesn't work, or you need help with anything else, just let me know! Thanks, James –––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––– |

I picked up a Fifty-One today at my local Tinder Box. It was about half of what they advertise them for. Overall, I really like it. It will be a good backup to the Mini I ordered.
The atomizer is built into the cartridge, which is kind of neat. They say a 5 pack of cartridges is worth a full carton of smokes. I'll believe it when I see it. |

Those hold a lot of juice from what I've read, and they're also refillable... at least until the atomizer is toast. Look on the e-cig forum for the Vapor King threads. |

Oh, and early testing indicates tea bags work better than poly fill.

No polyester threads all over, and it seems to taste better. Take your cart, remove poly... Remove inner cart and wipe it down inside and out. Empty out a teabag and cut a portion off with scissors. I'm using a section cut across the width, so it's 2-ply. Roll it up like a carpet, slide it into the inner cart. Snip off any excess material, and then sorta "fluff" your roll inside the cart. Add lots of fluid, enjoy. |

I haven't got the tea bags to work as well as poly, but I don't doubt that my technique is the problem (that sounds all kinds of wrong)
ETA - 9 pages of filler opinions including a bunch on the teabag option ECF |

Quick review of Johnson's Creek sampler pack.
Good vapor, tried Vanilla ice cream, chocolate almond, strawberry, and peach cobbler (and now I'm feeling kind of woozy). Vanilla & choc-almond are fantastic (I'm ordering more of both), strawberry is kind of weak (but sweet, so that's probably best that it's not too strong), and peach cobbler tastes more like peach schnapps. Oh, I forgot to mention the Kona Coffee... That one might be an acquired taste. |
