Hopefully, the dingleberry (outstanding charactarization, BTW) will someday be in Rwanda and need help to keep from being necklaced and macheted to death in front of the US Embassy, and the Marine Embassy Detail is able to explain the Hutu point of view to him. |

Saw the movie yesterday (divx), it rocks on hardcore, everyone go see it. Can't wait to see it in better quality on the big screen. |

From what I understand, the movie doesn't show the Somali jackholes herding women and children down the streets in front of them as they close to contact with the Rangers either, so they got a pass there. I wonder if it shows Skinnies laying in the streets putting out fire with a kid on his back for cover?

It appears that most black film reviewers think that the Somalis did indeed have cause to attack the Americans that came on a humanitarian mission. They cry out that the film depicts them as savages.
How does one depict a group that drags a dead naked man through the streets beating the body beyond recognition? We need not burden ourselves with the Somali any longer in a humanitarian sense, we've already cast our pearls before swine and have dead Americans to show for it. I do hope we go back into that shithole but with decidely different intentions. |

Yeah and
sexist, no female were involved on the US side. ageist, no elderly US forces involved. Nationalistic, US forces concsisted entirely of US citizens. Heightist, no "little people" were used as US soldiers. I'm sure we could go on and on........ |
