Test how Conservative or Liberal you are:
http://www.uta.edu/english/daver/1301/# I scored 36 out of 40. |
|
Scores range from 0 - 40.
0 = extreme liberalism ... extreme conservativism = 40 You scored: 26 |
|
37
Anybody gonna [s]waste[/s] spend the time to find the proper choices for 40 and 0 scores? |
|
37.
The problem is, most of the Libertarian responses are the ones which they count as "conservative". I didn't see a single question about "end the drug war", "legalize pot", or "reduce foreign aid and foreign intervention". Just "cut government" or "expand government", "infringe on peoples' rights" or "don't infringe on rights". Sheesh. How cartoonish. |
|
37! But it 'made' me answer Question 6, about whether term limits or public financing of elections would make them 'fairer.'
Both answers are b.s., but I wound up picking term limits cause it wouldn't accept my form unless all questions were answered! Eric The(PrettyDamnConservative)Hun[>]:)] |

Got a 37.
Probably lost points with the porn question. Why is censorship a conservative principle? I don't think it is, but many consider it to be. |
|
If you answer every question with the 'conservative' answer:
Check all boxes relating to cutting spending. Check the box to ban porn. Indicate that North Korea is more important than Haiti. Indicate that you trust Team owners more than players. All other 'correct' answers should be pretty obvious. I got a 40 the second time I took the test because I tried to. |

Well,
Us Middles...I scored 25. Surveys are usually designed to show a propensity towards one way or the other. There were many questions that could have been asked to narrow this down. I think it was too high level and if I'm liberal because I am pro-choice and anti censorship, well, so be it. Cheers |

Quoted: There were many questions that could have been asked to narrow this down. I think it was too high level and if I'm liberal because I am pro-choice and anti censorship, well, so be it. View Quote The question was not "Are you pro-Choice?", it was asking you if you are in favor of mandatory abortion services provided for by either the ins. company or the govt. Think about this: MANDATORY abortion service provision. A Catholic run insurance company might be forced to provide abortions. Or you as a taxpayer might be forced to provide abortion services to crack-whores and 15 year olds who can't keep their pants on. I am not for censorship either. I don't know why this would cause me to lose points. In my experience, liberals are more in favor of censorship. |
|
Scored 37, but their choices totally sucked......many were the "choice between 2 evils".
|
|
Quoted: I only got a 26....am I banned from this board? View Quote Negative! You have been sentenced to 2 years of re-education at AR15.com, and are to read 100 conservative posts for every single reply you make. [:D] (That's why we're here!) |

Some of those things are trick questions. Who do you trust more, the FBI or the IRS?
Regardless, I scored a 28. |
|
35, chose the IRS in the IRS/FBI question, and disagreed with banning pornography.
|
|
29... but those questions were like "where you'd you rather have me punch you, in the stomach, or the face?" No room for "c) I prefer not to be punched at all, and will kick your ass if you try." Trust the government? Trust individual agencies? I trust some of them to do some things better than others. I trust the Post Office to deliver my mail, but not to retaliate for the destruction of the WTC and Pentagon. The CIA won't deliver my mail, though they might read it.
Whoever put that together needs to re-examine the question structure. What a waste of two minutes. |
|
Scored 31.
What about private institutions and people? Which do you trust more? Trial lawyers or Doctors View Quote What the hell kind of question is that. Kinda like, "Who do you trust more?" The Devil or Satan? |
|
Hmmmm, I was really honest and scored a 29. Please don't lock my account!
Those questions sucked. |

Scores range from 0 - 40.

From the late, great Mark Penman:
The World's Most Direct Political Quiz Question: An armed individual who just wishes to be left the hell alone will last longest under which system? (select one) - Communism - A corrupt Democracy that is racing to embrace Fascism - Anarchy |

Scores range from 0 - 40.

Try a more "broad" political quiz:

|
That was really a stupid poll.
There are two choices and nowhere in beteween. "Who do I trust more:FBI or IRS". That's some choice, whoever put that together is a fucking moron. |
|
Here's a better political test with more choices and a better array of results.

32
But, there were some questions I really have no opinion on. For example, the one about sports players and team owners. I don't trust either group. |
|
34, but i have been exposed to extreme socialist views here at the U.
|
|
AAAAAAAAAAHHH!
I got 13! Then again, that was a pretty lame and transparent "test", with some really poorly designed questions. |

Scores range from 0 - 40.
0 = extreme liberalism ... extreme conservativism = 40 Kevin Boland You scored: 28 |
