I got both audio and video. It's pretty incriminating as far as the IRS agent is concerned. He should be charged,tried and jailed.

Worked for me too using MSIE. What I wish they had explained was what provoked the IRS guy to do that and what the testimony hearing was about. All I get from this video is that some IRS guy went nuts and the other IRS woman didn't seem too concerned and the victim said why didn't they call security on me instead of assaulting me.

Had that been a citizen assaulting an IRA agent, we would have been arrested on the spot and most likely convicted of a felony on one of those laws they passed making govt. employees more equal than the average citizen.

What a pussy. I wanted to smack the guy that was being interviewed myself. That's what you get when you mouth off to the man. Sounds like the guy was warned at least once not to butt in.
