I don't really ignore them. I use the "Active Topics" button most all the time, and the tacks don't show up there. Once in awhile I go to the main board just to see what is tacked ('cause I'm a nosey female and don't want to miss out on anything important!). [;)]

I scroll past them too. For some strange reason I hardly ever look up there. I somehow automatically scroll down to the first topic after the tacked ones.
Occasionally I remember and check them out. |

I read them all - there is usually a good reason that they are "tacked".

Yeah, I scroll past 'em also.
I think I've read all of them at one time or another, but I never go back to take a second look, regardless of how many pages one of them has generated. It's kinda like the honey do list the wife puts on the fridge. Look at it once, get the picture, then it goes unnoticed till she asks if I've started on the list yet, to which I reply "Yeah, I did those last month." and she says "No, the list I put up two weeks ago!". |
