I have a 99 Connecticut quarter that was minted in Philly that has both sides appearing in the same orientation as opposed to opposite each other.  Any idea if it is worth anything?

Explain- Like, when you rotate the quarter from the obverse to the reverse, the allignment is incorrect?

BTW- Yes, i'm a coin collector. I got the best damn collection of Canadian Large Cents this side on Montreal. All MS60 or better going back to 1859, and my 1858 is AU55
