Osama
Pro: rugged outdoor type, not afraid of commitment (already got plenty of wives)

Con: always out with the boys, likely never took a bath, need a good shave

Saddam
Pro: spacious palace, looks spiffy in uniform, muy macho mustache

Con: occassional cruise missile attacks, uniform and mustache makes him look like a member of Village People, history of problem with, err.. gas.
