The YTM website has been down for a while. Does anyone know why? www.blackrifle.com

My guess-If Colt is'nt releasing any parts for general population then they don't have anything to sell. At least not enough products to justify keeping their website up.

So is there any other source for genuine Colt parts now?

I liked YTM, but since when were they Colt's "main" distributor? Brownell's, Specialized Armament Warehouse, Dennis Todd, R-Guns, etc don't appear to have any significant problems in maintaining a steady inventory of Colt parts and accessories.
