Sounds good to me. Maybe we can add some pig fat to CLP and a little to gunpowder so as to ensure that every bullet fired will cary the threat.

This raises an interesting idea with regards to Osama.

If we kill him, he becomes a martyr and his followers rise up to avenge him.
If we capture him, we become the target of increased terrorists threats to persuade us to release him.

SO, what we need to do is humiliate and discredit him. Perhaps a photograph of him eating pork sausages while looking at a naked woman that's NOT his wife...
