Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - Berretta customer service

Last week sent my Berretta to Md. for some work.  Asked about wood grips, but thought they were too pricey and said not to worry about putting them on (gun has the plastic grips).  Gun came back today 2nd day air (total 6 days out of my hands) wood grips were on the gun at no charge! (no charge for the shipping as well!) It's nice to see customer service like this.
