We have introduced 2 new products into our anodizing kits.

Anodizing Sealant, a powder additive which is added at the rate of 1 oz per gallon of water, to make up the SEALING bath. This method is used by commercial anodizers and dramatically improves sealing performance.

Aluminum De-Oxidizer, a liquid concentrate, added to distilled water, to make a pre-anodize dip which de-smuts and prepares the metal for immediate anodizing. This is useful on alloys prone to smutting when placed into the anodizing tank. (Usually found on many Japanese motorcycle parts)

Products are available seperately for existing anodizing customers. Ask for the new Anodizing Instructions. The hard copy Complete Plating Manual v4 will have these updates, and the online version will be updated shortly.

Aluminum Wheel Finishing and Polishing Kit
