Looks like a great opportunity for someone that bought one of those LAW rocket packages from Augman. A little improvised munitions in the nosecone of those training rockets probably wouldn't hurt either.

Law enforcement should be given all of the crime fighting equipment and technology that they need. The only civilians that have a problem with that are in reality criminals themselves.
