HECK is taking the Fifth Circuit court of appeals SO friggin long to decide the Emerson Case ?????!!!!!???????

 It's been over a year since the case was heard!

Any thoughts,ideas,speculation,conspiracy theories??

I now sorta like the delay.  With Ashcroft making his opinion on the 2nd ammendment, he might be influencing the USSC decision.
