Pardon me, 700PSS, but is that a 'Yankees' cap that you are wearing? I can damn well guarantee you that no Yankee ever got as close as you are to the Confederate trenches at the Battle of Chancellorsville.

It was truly awesome walking on the battlefields, but the Jackson Shrine was the highlight of my trip. Trust me, the Yankees hat was nowhere in sight on that Hallowed Ground. I'm a Yankee by accident of birth, but a true Rebel at heart. |

You guys are too kind! I'm trying to figure out how old a boy should be before he gets his first .22? I (sfoo, the one on the left) think 8 is the right age. I probably will give him my BB gun before that though.

Deer hunt, Holcomb Valley Campground, Big Bear California, Nov 1996. I'm the one on the right. Which one's more grizzled? [;)]

It was still very cold in the mountains and warm in the valley below. It got down to 17 degrees at night. Rifle is a scoped Marlin .30-30.
