And here you have the REAL explanation behind the patron saint of Brazil "Nossa Senhora Aparecida" - The story was there were some fisherman who pulled up a headless black Mary idol (normally not headless - used by slaves in voodoo/blackmagic called canomble, macumba, etc.) in their nets and then fish started jumping in their boat.
