You can get a newer APC or scout tank for $20,000, sometimes less. The real expenditure in money comes when you have to repair it and fill the fuel tank.

Beleve it or not 100,000 is a very very cheap price for such a rare vheicle. I would expect it to go for at least $500,000 US.
This is, of course, assuming that it isnt another E-bay hoax. Those pictures look suspicious, looks like its a display vheicle or some kind of monument. |

MAN-Caterpiller will sell you a new Wiesel for $250K or thereabouts, but you have to supply your own weapons and radios. But wait till you get the bill for replacing the TRACKS in 3500 miles[:O]
When you consider the price of a new HUMMVEE these days- around $65K- the prices of AFVs dont look all that bad. |

This one has been a topic of much discussion in the military vehicle collectors community. It appears that a museum in the Ukraine is selling it off to raise funds to keep operating.
Rest assured, with it being in the Ukraine, you will need at least another $50,000 to get it home, btween shipping, land transport, custom brokers, and bribes for every government official and dock worker that see's it untill it gets on the boat. German AFV's bring a premium because we destroyed most of em. You can get a fully operational Cheiftan for under $40,000. A good sherman, freshly rebuilt, is aroun $35,000-45,000. |

About 10 yrs ago My brother and I talked about buying a WWII German Sdkfz 251 halftrack .
Complete with working drivetrain . They were running $8000 I believe . |
